4. Payment Terms
Payment terms and milestone deliverables will be agreed upon before work commences. All payments are processed securely through our verified payment partners (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe, and direct bank transfer). Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of the completed work. Research Loop retains the right to use anonymized work excerpts for portfolio and marketing demonstration purposes, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Research Loop provides services on an "as is" and educational assistance basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or interpretation of our consultation services.
7. Revisions and Quality Guarantees
We offer free revisions within the scope of the original project agreement. Our commitment to quality ensures that all work meets international academic standards, but final approval and submission decisions rest with the client.
